TERMS & CONDITIONS
| Payment/Billing: | Invoices are payable upon receipt. At the time of the booking be prepared to give clients name, address, purchase order number, job number, and name of individual authorized for payment. We also reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance.

| Usage: | Please check with agency for conflicts. No product package, point of purchase, posters, billboards, use of talent’s names, hang tags, display materials, package inserts, etc. may be made without specific clearance. Rates apply to standard bookings only, all product bookings subject to negotiation, and unless otherwise stated good for one year. The talent’s image may not be used until all fees are paid in full.

| Rates/Overtime: |
Rates are to be negotiated between the agent and client and should never be discussed with the talent. In the event any services extend beyond eight consecutive hours in one day, client shall pay overtime for artists, talent at the rate of 1.5 times their hourly rates or fees, and if the Services extend beyond 12 hours in one day, client shall pay overtime for artists, talent at the rate of double their regularly hourly rates or fees. Note: Video shoots, overtime rates differ and vary.

| Experimental Shoots: | Tests done by the talent with photographers are for personal use only, and may not be published for editorial without the talent’s and agency’s credit being included, or sold without a fee being negotiated and the agency and talent being compensated.

| Editorial: |
The rate must be specified at the time of booking. If the agency and talent are not properly credited the client will be billed at full rate.
|
|
| Electronic Media: | No Electronic Media, World Wide Web or internet usages will be permitted unless negotiated specifically and separately with the agency.
|
|
| Voucher/Release: | The agency voucher/release serves as the only authorized release. Talent cannot sign any other release unless arrangements have been made with the agency prior to the booking.
|
|
| Weather Permit: |
Client must specify weather permit at the time of the booking or full fee is charged. A cancellation notice of three hours is required prior to the booking. The rescheduled booking must take place within a two week period, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

|
| Cancellation: |
Cancellation of a booking 48 hours in advance does not result in a fee. Cancellation 24 hours in advance results in a charge of half the fee, and same day cancellation will be charged full fee.

|
| Travel: |
Location bookings that are “outside” the Talent living state must be negotiated with the agency prior to booking. The agency must be provided with the address and telephone number of all contacts and locations.

|
| Provisonal Bookings: | Provisional bookings will be automatically cancelled if they are not confirmed within 24 hours of the proposed booking, or if a definite booking is offered and the provisional cannot be confirmed.

|
| Alternative Talent: |
If the talent selected becomes ill or is unable to keep a booking for personal reasons, the agency will provide an acceptable alternative at the same rate or lower.

|
| Booking Agreement: | Upon confirmation of all bookings, a booking agreement will be sent to the client, which must be signed and returned by the client prior to the commencement of the booking.
|
|
| Client Responsibilities: | - Confirm all booking fees prior to actual booking. Give the address and phone number of all booking locations. - Advise agency of extraordinary conditions or requirements and provide adequate dressing facilities in studio or on location.. - Specify usage at time of booking. - Specify weather permit. - Specify exact wardrobe brings. - Confirm all booking fees prior to actual booking.

| Service Fee: | For individual model bookings, the agency charges a commission supplement of 15% on all bookings and usage fees between $150.00 – $499.99 and 20% on all bookings and usage fees $500.00 or more . A finance charge of 3% per month will be added to all invoices not paid in full in 30 days. If you would like for HD THE AGENCY to provide full casting services (provide all talent) for your project, please contact us for rates. Casting rates vary based on scope of project. Agency casting fees are to be paid separately from model/talent payment.

| Discrepancies: | The agency acts solely for and on behalf of our talent, and while making every endeavor to provide a satisfactory and efficient service, we cannot be responsible for the talent’s conduct on an assignment. Any on-set discrepancies should be reported to the agency prior to job completion. Discrepancies cannot be considered in retrospect. |
